Project: Residential conversion

The building was an unoccupied office space with retail units below within a residential area of the city. As an existing open plan space it was easy to divide up into apartments, it also had the benefit of large windows, tall floor to ceiling heights and good views across the city.  Apartments were designed to be above national pass standards, which helped them to sell quickly, along with contemporary finishes, luxury bathrooms and designer kitchens. 

This is a good example of converting a bland office space into well sized and well proportioned apartments.
